But you can find it in any outlet in Nagoya Station or in Tokyo Dept. Store. Cake texture is super moist with sugar glaze outside. One is never enough. You can take it away, but because it made without any preservatives, it only can be consumed within a week. You may keep it in refrigerator and put it in microwave and warm it before consume it. The taste is so incredible. You have to try! Unfortunately they don't sell the Baumkuchen here in my country. I only know about baumkuchen cos my brother is an otaku who loves them. His favourite is Nenrinya but I pefer Club Harie B-Studio. I didn't eat anything else so I can't comment on that.
